Harbor View Lending* is a full service mortgage banker located in Saco, Maine. Our mission statement is rather simple: Offer competitive rates and close loans as quickly as possible. We specialize in residential lending and work with major national banks. As a result, we are able to shop each banking institution for the lowest rates and best programs available. Our theory is that every borrower’s needs are different. There is no such thing as “one loan fits all”. By partnering with a wide variety of lenders, we are extremely confident in our ability to provide you with the lowest rates available for your individual situation.

Because all of our loan officers have been in the business for many years and have mastered the underwriting criteria and guidelines such as calculating income, reading tax returns, minimizing appraisal issues, we are able to ask additional second and third tier questions. These secondary questions allow us to understand the overall picture of your buyers and sellers, enabling us to inform and suggest appropriate loan programs based on their goals.
