Typically we always crank up the Bass when we watch movies. It was a Friday night about 7:00 when we hear banging coming from the T.V. area We paused the movie and noticed the banging was coming from the downstairs tenant. We woke him up from his slumber and he asked us to turn the music down. We never could use our sound system again...... We were a few months in into new apartment. Upon inspection all the lights were left on, doors open, heat cranked up. I ended up filling 28 large bags with all of the trash left over, and had to find a home for the bunny that was left running around the apartment. Why did I become a landlord?
