When my last tenant moved out, they left in the middle of the night, romping up and down the stairs until 2am. Upon inspection all the lights were left on, doors open, heat cranked up. I ended up filling 28 large bags with all of the trash left over, and had to find a home for the bunny that was left running around the apartment. Why did I become a landlord?
The joys of being a landlord…. That is the Bad and the Ugly of it!!
We were a few months in into new apartment. Typically we always crank up the Bass when we watch movies. It was a Friday night about 7:00 when we hear banging coming from the T.V. area We paused the movie and noticed the banging was coming from the downstairs tenant. We woke him up from his slumber and he asked us to turn the music down. We never could use our sound system again……
